We hope you love what you ordered from Change! 

 

If not, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 

 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Refunds 

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

 

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Standard Shipping

 

• $8.50 flat rate or FREE on order over $80 (not including taxes and after discounts) via UPS or USPS. 

• Orders ship within 1-2 days of order date

• Add 1-5 business days for transit and final deliver. 

• Transit time varies from 1-7 days based on distance from Los Angeles, CA. 

• Not available to PO Boxes, PR, VI, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

 

Delayed Shipments?

 

• Due to reduced staff and social distancing procedures for the health and safety of our employees, we are experiencing delays in fulfilling orders. 
• Please note that it could take up to 10+ days for an order to ship from our warehouse. 

 

We are working hard to ship as quickly as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience. You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
